About the role

Join the dedicated sales team at WeatherpRoof Restorations' as a full-time Sales Representative (Tile Roofing). You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and delivering exceptional customer experiences to homeowners across the Brendale QLD 4500 region.

What you'll be doing

• Actively prospect and generate leads through various prospecting methods, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing
• Schedule and conduct in-person consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and present customised tile roofing solutions
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for potential customers
• Negotiate and close sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact to project completion
• Provide excellent after-sales support and build long-term relationships with customers
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the home improvement or construction industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions
• Proficient in using sales-related software and technology, such as CRM systems
• A self-motivated and driven individual who thrives in a target-driven environment
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Job description

About us:

We are looking for laborers and tradesmen to join our well-established roofing company based in Brendale. Training on the job by a great crew of experienced friendly tradesmen. If this sounds like you please drop us a line.

We require a qualified tradesman for roof restoration and maintenance, we also have positions available for laborers that need no experience and will be trained on the job. 

Tools, vehicle and fuel card (included for qualified trades person). Safe at Heights course is needed but can be obtained once you start the job if you don’t have one already.

This is long term work for the right person who is eager to work in a busy hot environment.

Duties:

• High Pressure Water Cleaning
• Change Broken Tiles
• Re-Pointing
• Re-beds
• Cleaning Gutters
• Repair Leaks and flashings
•  Painting tile & Colourbond Roofs
• Valid Manual Drivers licence
• Working at Heights - Desirable

Payment based upon experience and can be negotiated.
